
Some hikes are nice easy rambles along the creek, maybe a waterfall to check out or a little log to step over. That’s not these hikes. These hikes are Type 2 Fun, selected for their ability to activate the posterior chain. You could take these hikes easy, but we don’t. These are workout hikes, presented with an eye to heart rate and endurance.
